Adell Bridges is an international yoga and handstands teacher, health coach, and author who grew up in Mississippi, moved to the UK, and after a few years of wandering aimlessly through life, found yoga.

She has taught yoga in 25 countries around the world, and continues her training in various areas of mindfulness and movement. Adell is a self-proclaimed geek, and applies her degree in psychology with her training in functional neurology to her yoga and movement teachings.

She now lives in the UK, and shares her love for the power of mindful movement to her online community on www.MoveWithAdell.com

Think: less pain, more mobility, and surprising strength gains (yep, really). In this workshop, we’ll explore key nerve pathways and learn simple, feel-good ways to mobilize them. It’s fun, sciencey, and super easy to weave into your yoga practice or cooldown routine. Get ready for some serious a-ha moments.

HANDSTANDS & THE BRAIN (all levels; with some challenging drills and theory, still fun)

Handstands start in your head—literally. Your brain runs the show, so let’s get it talking to your body in a way that actually helps you get upside down. In this workshop, we’ll break down the real handstand basics—clear, simple, and wall-free. Expect a fun mix of movement and bite-sized theory to boost your confidence, sharpen your technique, and get you kicking up like a pro.

Favourites because they cover everything you need to handstand confidently, fall confidently, and learn to hold your handstand longer and longer. These drills create the perfect baseline to grow your handstand practice from, whether you're just starting out or you're already handstanding confidently! We'll go through each drill, why it's SO FREAKING AWESOME, and how to build it into your yoga practice so you get these drills DONE and they don't sit on your to do list unfinished day after day.

WELCOME THE WOBBLES - BUILD YOUR BALANCE MUSCLE (all levels; moderate physicall activity, intense brain usage)


Balance isn’t just a yoga perk—it’s a superpower. Yoga is great for balance, but why stop at “pretty good”when you could be amazing? In this workshop, we’ll dive into the vestibular system (your inner ear) and explore fun, practical ways to train your balance—on one foot, on your hands, or whatever else life throws at you. These tools aren’t just for now—they’ll help keep you steady and strong for years to come. Expect drills, smart science, and a new way to think about balance on (and off) the mat.

YOUR NEW OBSESSION: ANKLES, FEET, AND TOES (all levels; light-moderate physicall activity)
Feet: the unsung heroes of your practice (and your life). While everyone’s busy chasing strong cores and stretchy hamstrings, your feet and ankles have been quietly doing the hard work—until now. In this workshop, they finally get their moment. We’ll nerd out on foot and ankle mechanics, explore why one small injury can lead to bigger issues, and learn how to rehab and pre-hab these vital joints. With a mix of movement and lecture, you’ll leave with practical tools to weave straight into your yoga practice—because solid foundations make everything better.
