2.2 Retreats & In-Person Events (Logistics)

Travel & Identification: For retreats, I may collect your full name and ID details if required for hotel registration or local tourist tax reporting in Slovenia.
Group Communication: If you join a workshop or retreat, I use WhatsApp/Telegram groups for real-time updates. By joining, you acknowledge that your phone number and profile will be visible to other participants.

2.3 Photography & Video

I take photos and videos during workshops and retreats for my legitimate interest in documenting the event and marketing my services.

Crowd shots: Used under legitimate interest.
Close-ups/Testimonials: I will ask for your explicit consent before using any footage where you are the primary focus.

Contract: To deliver the mentoring, workshop, or retreat you booked.
